Trifari

Started its predecessor, Trifari and Trifari, in 1910. , a premier costume jewelry brand founded in 1925 as Trifari Krussman and Fishel on Fifth Avenue in New York. He has also produced works co mmissioned by First Lady Eisenhower, Broadway shows, and the Hollywood film industry. In particular, from 1930 to 1968, Alfred Philippe, who worked on jewelry for luxury jewelry stores Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, served as chief designer. In particular, the costume jewelry he designed in the 1940s is a legendary collectible item that has been popular since then and still fascinates many vintage collectors.

There are two parts that can be used as clips and the chain is removable, so one item can be used in four ways.A rare Trifariantique sweater guard/cardigan clip accessory.

It is engraved by Crown Trifari, an American costume jewelry brand, and is probably part of the 1957 series called Tie-ups.

The clip parts look like earrings at first glance, but the clip part has teeth. It works well as a sweater guard, but on the other hand, if you use it to fasten delicate materials such as silk scarves, there is a risk of molding or scratching. (Cannot be used as earrings.)

By clipping both ends with a chain clip, you can use it as a sweater, cardigan, cape, stole, scarf holder, etc. to prevent it from falling off. It can be used as a chain or clasp to add a touch of jewelry to suits, waistlines, necklines, barrettes, and hair clips.

The chain is 16.5 cm long, which is short for a bracelet.
