Milky Pearl Enamel Flower Vintage Brooch

A vintage brooch with pearl-like glitter enamel poured into a gold frame. The antique white to beige marble pattern and antique gold color are very nice. I thought it was a single flower brooch, but there were three coral-colored rose buds in the center. What looked like flower petals were actually leaves.
