Made In England-British Spice Holder/Potpourri Holder/Incense Stand

Vintage kitchen goods/interior goods made of round pottery with illustrations of cosmos-like flowers. It’s made in England and has a hole that’s bigger than the usual salt and pepper shaker, and it seems like it’s holding potpourri (herb?), but I don’t know what it is. It smells good. I don’t really know what it is, but the size of the hole suggests that you can empty it and use it as an incense holder or incense stand. The painted flowers and the round shape are cute, so I think it’s already cute as an object.
