●Condition: Vintage Excellent (It is held in place with nails, but there is a little play, so if you move it or shake it, the glass will move. I don’t think it’s because of aging, but because it’s like this. It doesn’t seem like it will fall off. There is a thin indented hairline as shown in the enlarged image on the back of the brooch, and you can’t see the line from the front, but when you look through the glass, it looks like a hairline. A vintage brooch made of large art glass with a mysterious and beautiful agate-like striped pattern.
The pattern, which resembles the geological formations and suminagashi, is flowing stripes of white and brown, and both ends are made of transparent glass with candy-colored stripes.
The cameo-like oval-shaped pedestal has a gold metal rope design. It is made by twisting a thick string and a thin string that has milgrain in it.
This item is chic and exudes a gorgeous, mature feel.
