Embroidered Linen For Bread Baskets

Vintage white linen was designed to wrap bread in a basket to prevent it from cooling down or drying out. This is a rare linen called a hot roll cover.

The linen is simple and clean, and the openwork embroidery is a nice touch. It’s meant for bread, but even if you put it in a basket as shown in the photo, it won’t get any unnecessary wrinkles and will hang nicely.
