A vintage loose powder compact with a dramatic contrast of black and white, decorated with an arabesque arabesque motif in relief.

If you remove the puff and net and clean it, you can use it as a container for accessories with a mirror that is about 3 to 5 mm thick.

It is unused and not dead stock, but it is made by Elgin American, an American collectible brand. Comes in original box.
