BSK-My Fair Lady Flower Hat Brooch
An antique brooch with a hat whose brim ripples in the wind. When “My Fair Lady”, a musical that premiered on Broadway in 1956 and had a long run of 6 years and 6 months, was made into a movie starring Audrey Hepburn in 1964, the novelty jewelry sold at the theater. It’s one of the series.
This brooch is designed to look like a hat viewed from above, but it looks like a bouquet with a beige round dome-shaped base and a rose flower with a rhinestone in the center. The chic and elegant color scheme goes well with clothes in neutral and restrained colors such as gray, purple, and brown.
Comes with the original tag of “MY FAIR LADY JEWELRY”☆Currently, this book piece is popular among vintage American costume jewelry collectors.

On the back are engraved MY FAIR LADY and B.S.K. B.S.K. was based in New York and continued from 1948 to 1983. The brand name comes from the initials of the three founders, Benny Steinberg, Hy Slovitt & Kaslo. You can often find costume jewelry with unique designs.
