K14 Gold-Cabochon Stone Vintage Earrings

It says “HAND SET 14KT. GOLD PLATE” on the mount. 14k gold plated earrings with hand-set cabochons and rhinestones. In the photo, the color of the diamond-shaped cabochon on the left is dark, but all four cabochons are made of the same material and color, and their appearance changes depending on the viewing angle and light angle. It’s very mysterious.

I don’t think it’s noticeable when worn in the ear, but there are twists in the bases of the round cabochons, diamond-shaped cabochons, and topaz-colored rhinestones that appear to be from the time of manufacture.
