This is a CarlArt product with a CA stamped with an arrow on the back. CarlArt is a jewelry manufacturer that was founded in Rhode Island, USA in 1937 and continued to manufacture sterling silver and 12k gold-filled accessories until the late 1980s.

This bracelet is also made of silver with a 12 carat gold filled coating, the flowers are a copper tone and the leaves are gold with a slight light green tinge.
