Swoboda-Natural Stone-Coral Tree Vintage Brooch [Mint]

Vintage brooches come in a variety of carnelian colors and shapes that are unique to natural stones, from highly transparent oranges to deep, dark oranges.

A fashionable accessory with branches reminiscent of coral, and its abstract feel.

Ordered from former Swaboda designer office. It is a collection of Nate Waxman, the founder and designer of Swaboda, and is an unused dead stock item in excellent condition.

Swoboda‘s vintage brooches are not cut-out, ‘typical’ gemstone jewelry, but use colorfully polished natural stones, and motifs of nature such as birds, flowers, and insects. It is known for its wonderful designs.

Founded in Los Angeles in 1956 and continued until 1979.

It is said that engraved jewelry began to be engraved in 1966, and jewelry made before that time is not engraved.
